Speridian Technologies is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure and RBAC, for our State of California Client- the Department of Healthcare Services, Behavioral Health. This person will be part of a long-term, fully budgeted, state-of-the-art, extremely vast, IT modernization project working with a variety of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

This is a remote role, USA Only. There will be meetings in the Sacramento area several times a year. Ideally, candidates should be based within a 2 to 4-hour drive or fly time from the Sacramento, CA area.

Overview of Role-
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Factory Engineering team. As a Technical Product Manager focused on Infrastructure and RBAC, you will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of infrastructure and RBAC capabilities and ensuring platform stability for our developers, platform teams, and DHCS stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enhance our platform's reliability and scalability while implementing comprehensive Role-based Access Control (RBAC). Your role will ensure that our SaaS platform not only meets current operational demands but is also strategically prepared for future growth and challenges.

What You’ll Do?
● Help define and execute our platform strategy and evolve our product vision for our Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure, scale, reliability, and security posture
● Identify and manage the infrastructure requirements to empower product teams and improve developer productivity
● Partner with Solutions product teams to define new best practices and approaches to leverage the cloud foundational capabilities to meet business needs
● Maintain a deep understanding of the market and technology landscape, how it's evolving, the implications for our customers, and how all that should prioritize and evolve our infrastructure, runtime, and cloud operations
● Align security and infrastructure initiatives to ensure a security-first approach
● Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the IAM/RBAC products and features, from conception to launch and beyond.
● Drive product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, balancing both business and technical requirements.
● Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans, working closely with various cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and UX/UI designers.
● Define KPIs to measure the success of the IAM/RBAC products, monitor performance, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
● Act as the subject matter expert (SME), staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
● Engage with customers, sales teams, and other external stakeholders to gather insights, identify product opportunities, and ensure products are meeting customer needs.
● Ensure the products comply with the highest level of security standards and privacy regulations.

What You’ll Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fi eld.
  •  3+ years of experience building and delivering infrastructure or cloud systems team
  •  5+ years experience in Technical Product Management
  •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, security, or related technical fi elds.
  •  Proven experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and roadmap planning.
  • Deep understanding of IAM/RBAC technologies, cloud-based systems, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Knowledge of common IAM protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
  • Experience with CI/CD toolchain, infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, networking, and security
  • Strong product management skills, including analytics, structured requirements, and specifications, and the ability to think in platform architecture terms
  • Effective communication skills with a strong ability to influence and lead teams
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting and virtualization technologies.
