Speridian Technologies is seeking a part-time ServiceNow Tester! This is for our client, a State of CA Agency. You can work remotely anywhere in the USA as long as you can work Pacific time hours. If you meet the requirements below, we encourage you to apply.

This is an hourly part-time consulting role. The projected start date is early November through June 2026.
We can not sponsor Visa’s for this role. No agencies please.

Job Duties:

Design, develop, and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests.
Create and maintain clear test cases, test data, and traceability to requirements.
Validate UI/UX behavior, accessibility basics, and responsiveness across channels (portal/workspace/native).
Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing across CSM/ITSM/PSDS flows and ESC Pro, Government Service portal experiences.
Document defects with reproducible steps; collaborate with dev/product for timely closure.
Report testing status, risks, and coverage; contribute to UAT support.

Requirements:

3+ years testing on ServiceNow (CSM/ITSM required; PSDS and ESC Pro strongly preferred).
Hands-on ATF experience (authoring, data setup, maintenance, CI integration is a plus).
Strong understanding of personas, fulfiller roles/skills, and multi-workspace validation, custom application testing
Excellent documentation skills; detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator.

Nice to have:

Experience with CSM Workspaces, Record Producers, Catalog Items, User Criteria, and ACLs.
Familiarity with Performance Analytics, VA, Flow Designer, and UI Builder. External User registration process validations.
Exposure to accessibility (WCAG basics) and cross-browser testing.
ISTQB or ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS: CSM/ITSM, Micro-cert: ATF/PA/UI Builder).
